Expertise

Watford is a football club based in Hertfordshire and has a history of over 140 years. In the last decade, it has experienced some of its most successful years, following an acquisition and new cash inflow.

The new owners have improved all aspects of the club, including increasing the spending on marketing. This has enabled a lot of new initiatives and investments, including a new photography studio, two big screens and LED boards around the pitch, new websites and more.

The challenge was to create marketing solutions that match the new ambitions of the club, to engage with the fans through modern and stand-out design and to increase the merchandising revenue by upgrading the customer’s journey for both the online and offline shopping experience.
